Support

Where to look first, and how to reach a person when the answer is not on a page.

Start here

  • Venue status Live check status for the Exchange, updated by the venue's own monitors.
  • Documentation How the venue works: markets, margin, order types and settlement.
  • API reference The REST and streaming endpoints this terminal is built on.
  • Email support For anything the pages above do not answer. Include the BUILD identifier from the status bar.

Inside the terminal

The terminal carries a Support entry that opens these same links in place, without leaving the screen you are on. Find it in the status bar on desktop, the More menu on tablet, or the navigation drawer on phone. Use it rather than this page while you are trading: a page load discards the terminal and everything it is showing you.

What to include when you write

Four things, all of which you can see from wherever you are: the market, the date and time (and your time zone), what you clicked or submitted, and what happened instead of what you expected. That is enough to find the session.

If you can see a BUILD identifier in the status bar or navigation drawer, include it too. It names the deployed frontend and narrows the search, but nothing depends on it.

The Exchange is a public testnet — balances are synthetic USDX with no real-world value — so no message here concerns real funds.
