What to include when you write

Tell us these four things. They're all on your screen, and they're enough for us to find what happened.

  2. 2The date and time, with your time zone
  3. 3What you clicked or submitted
  4. 4What happened, and what you expected instead

If the status bar or navigation drawer shows a BUILD ID, add it too. It tells us which version of the site you were on. It helps, but it's optional.

The Exchange is a public testnet. Balances are test USDX with no real-world value, so no real money is ever at stake.

Inside the terminal

Opening this page closes the terminal and everything you had open. While you're trading, use the Support button instead. It shows these same links right where you are. You'll find it in the status bar on desktop, the More menu on tablet and the navigation drawer on phone.
